Chateau Teyssier Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé 375ml 2021 california-north-coast followed by fermentation in FrenchIt has a lovely nose, expressive, pure, bright and open, with perfumed red plums and a chalky freshness giving it a sense of purity and lift. A serious, broad and textural palate, rich and filled with spiced plum fruit, with a peppery energy through the middle. There is plenty of grip, velvety and tightly grained, and bright acidity as well.
