CARCIOFINI SOTT'OLIO - 280g 9 X 500ml oregano and saltThe one with artichokes is one of the most appreciated and well known preserves in Southern Italy. We prepare it by peeling the fresh artichokes by hand and then placing them in a solution of vinegar, water and lemon. Immediately afterwards we boil them for a few minutes, before storing them in glass jars with mint, garlic, salt and of course extra virgin olive oil.
